    Research Interests

Our current research interests lie in the chemistry of various functional dyes, particularly phthalocyanines and boron dipyrromethenes, focusing on their syntheses and biomedical applications.

    The ongoing projects include:

    1. Exploration of multifunctional molecular and nano-photosensitizers for photodynamic therapy
    2. Use of bioorthogonal chemistry for theranostic applications
    3. Development of efficient peptide conjugation methods
    4. Development of molecular-based fluorescent sensors and logic devices
    5. Synthetic studies of low-symmetry phthalocyanines
    6. Catalytic applications of phthalocyanines
